Will this replace our people?
No. The goal is to remove repetitive busywork and give employees better information. People remain responsible for relationships, judgment, exceptions, and final decisions.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We explain each step in plain English, work with the tools you already use when practical, and train the people responsible for the result.
What is included in the AI Readiness Audit?
The two-week audit includes a structured discovery session, review of up to three workflows, a written AI Opportunity Report, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap.
How does the audit fee credit work?
The introductory audit is $750 and the standard price is $1,250. If you approve an eligible implementation, we credit the audit fee toward that project.
How do you protect data and use human review?
We limit data access, use approved tools, and set clear review steps. In law, medical, dental, and other regulated settings, a qualified human reviews consequential outputs before they reach a client or patient.
How long does implementation take?
The audit takes two weeks. Implementation timing depends on access, approvals, integrations, and testing. You receive a defined scope and schedule before implementation begins.
How do you handle text-message consent?
We use clear opt-in language, identify the business, provide easy STOP and HELP instructions, and keep messaging permission-based. We configure the system to support responsible texting practices, but clients remain responsible for obtaining legal advice about their specific use.
Is my business too small?
Not necessarily. A small team can benefit when missed leads, slow follow-up, or repeated admin create a real cost. We do not recommend a system when the likely value does not justify the expense.
What happens on the discovery call?
We discuss one operating problem, learn how the work happens today, explain the audit, and decide whether it is a reasonable next step. There is no obligation to purchase an implementation.
Do you use the software we already have?
When it fits. We review your current tools before adding another platform. The purpose is to reduce friction, not create another system your team has to manage.
What does the free business assessment provide?
You answer 10 plain-English questions about lead capture, follow-up, administration, knowledge, and responsible controls. The tool then gives you a private score, three priority areas, and a recommended next step. Nothing is sent unless you choose to contact us.

No. Gray Capital AI provides operational consulting and systems implementation. Clients should consult licensed professionals for legal, medical, tax, and other regulated advice.
